Employee Referral Program
Who is Eligible to Participate?
Any employee on Micronet's payroll can participate with the exception of Micronet executive staff and employees in the Human Resources Department.
What positions are bonuses eligible?
Any full or part-time position that has been posted on the Micronet website is bonus eligible for $500.00 to $1,000 based upon the position hired.
How do I refer someone?
If you know someone who is interested in a position at Micronet you should send an email to any of the business development managers introducing the candidate along with the candidates resume.
When do I receive the bonus?
You will receive your bonus after the new employee has worked 90 consecutive business days.
Both you and the new employee must be employed by Micronet at the time of the bonus payment.
